The Department was established in the year 1997 with the Under Graduate (UG) courses were started with B.Sc., combination of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

- APSSDC lab was available for students at the time of idle hours and zero hour

- PG entrance classes for those who interested to join in M.Sc Mathematics
