                              S.G.A, Government Degree College started its journey in the year 1987 with an objective of providing quqlity education to the students in particular for socially, economically down trodents categories and empowering them with all the necessary life skills, employability skills, leadership qualities and indepth domain subject knowledge.

                              S.G.A, Government Degree College has an excellent team of highly qualified and well experienced competent faculty members and striving hand to transform the students as responsible future citizens of the nation with social consciousness, morals and human values. I am very proud to say that our college has got its own reputation as one of the best colleges in andhra University area in terms of academic excellence, Outstanding performance in sports and games and social service activities through N.S.S Units.

                                I foresee that every student who has entered this temple of learning will certainly go out as a full fledged beautiful citizen with a possitive attitude, accountability and social responsibility.
